While I was busy shooting this in a hurricane, Ellie and Chris’ photographer was making excuses why it was impossible to make nice images on the day of a hurricane. Another Hurricane Irene couple, they were disappointed in how their images came out from their rainy day wedding and asked me if I would like to do an after session with them. I jumped at the opportunity to work with them and am so happy to be able to provide wedding images that they will remember and enjoy forever. We had a blast checking out Glen Island Park in Westchester this past fall. A wedding photographer must be ready for anything and always understand how special this day is to your client, no matter how bad you were hoping it would be sunny with blue sky and puffy white clouds.
