If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball… One of my favorite lines from a classic sports movie. OK fine Dodgeball is hardly a classic movie and it has nothing to do with tennis. Anyway the line applies here. My point is shooting sports is great practice for shooting weddings. Yes sports are even more fast paced – analogous to the wrench, while things do happen fast at weddings they don’t happen that fast – analogous to the ball. I took a day in September and went around shooting mostly on the outer courts. I spent some time and got some images of Rodger Federer from the nosebleeds in Ashe Stadium also. I even made a contact with one of the players, Chanelle Scheepers, she decided to use my images on her new website. What an honor!
