Raquel + Joe Wedding

Raquel was one of the happiest and prettiest brides ever! It was a journey to get to shoot this one, I’ll leave the details out but at one point Raquel and Joe were signed up with another photog. These two came back to me and I’m so glad they did. We’ve developed a great relationship and I’m looking foward to photographing this wonderful family in the future. In fact not long after the wedding Raquel and Joe hired me for a post bridal session which will be appearing here on the blog real soon. Not only did I meet some new freinds I found a great place to eat right in my neighboorhood! Joe is the owner of 3 Brothers Butcher BBQ on Bell Blvd in Queens. I highly recommend the pulled pork and sliced steak sandwiches! This beautiful wedding took place at the Fox Hollow and the photos of the bridal party before the wedding were taken at Cold Spring Harbor.

Duffy Family

Would you like to know my New Year’s resolution? Ok good here it is. My blog needs to catch up this year. I’m posting the fall in the winter right now. I promise to get my seasons straight in the upcoming year!

You may recognize this family from an earlier post, Lauren, is the sister of one of our brides, Kristen, who was featured on the blog not too long ago. I love being able to see people that I have photographed again and to develop lasting relationships with families. I get to be there for the special occasions and the wonderful autumn days in the park with the family - Which are special occasions too.

Kristen Maternity

Kristen and Mike wanted to celebrate the upcoming birth of their first child and decided to have a maternity photo shoot at home. They had recently updated their entire home and the nursery as well as everywhere else is gorgeous. That made my job a heck of a lot easier for sure. Kristen had a baby girl just 3 days after this shoot! Her name is Madelyn Ann. She’s super cute!
